Homies Agency handles your personal data with care. This policy explains which data we process, why we do so and what rights you have. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process
We only process data you provide to us yourself, or data needed to run this website:
Contact form: your name, email address and message.
Email, phone and WhatsApp: the details you share when you contact us directly, such as your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
Technical data: our hosting provider logs standard data such as your IP address, browser type and time of visit in server logs, to keep the website secure and available.
What we use your data for
To answer and follow up on your question, booking request or partnership proposal (performance of a (pre-)contractual relationship or our legitimate interest).
To keep the website running properly and securely (legitimate interest).
To comply with legal obligations, such as tax record-keeping requirements.
We don't use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it to third parties.
How long we keep your data
We don't keep your data longer than necessary. Messages sent through the contact form or by email are kept for up to two years after our last contact, unless they lead to a collaboration. Data we're required to keep for tax purposes is kept for seven years.
Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with parties we need to provide our services, such as our hosting and email providers. We have agreements in place with these parties about keeping your data secure. If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy also applies.
This website links to external platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Spotify and YouTube. Once you follow such a link, you're on that party's website and their privacy and cookie policies apply.
Cookies
This website only uses functional cookies that are needed for the site to work properly, for example to keep track of a session and to protect forms against abuse. These cookies contain no information about your browsing behaviour and aren't shared with third parties. No consent is required for them.
We don't use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. Should that change in the future, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent beforehand.
You can always delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Note that some parts of the website may then no longer work properly.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unlawful use. For example, the website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to processing, restrict processing or request a copy of your data to transfer elsewhere. Send your request to yossi@homiesagency.nl; we'll respond within four weeks.
Not happy with how we handle your data? Let us know. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
